Colorado State University's Greek Community is governed by four councils: The Interfraternity Counicl (fraternities), The Multicultural Greek Council (multicultural fraternities and sororities), The National Pan-Hellenic Council (historically black greek fraternities and sororites) and The Panhellenic Council (sororities). Although each of these organizations are unique, the main missions are the similar as the all include scholarship, philanthropy, leadership and friendship.

Interfraternity Council (IFC) Fraternity men can expect more from their leaders. The Interfraternity Council aids its member fraternities and colonies in the areas of recruitment, risk management, academic achievement, community service, public relations, budgeting and educational programming.

Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) The Multicultural Greek Council was created as a vehicle to improve and create dialogue and cooperation between parallel-goaled organizations. Membership currently includes Asian and Latino/Latina fraternities and sororities as well as a multicultural sorority.

National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) The National Pan-Hellenic Council is comprised of historically African-American fraternities and sororities. Under NPHC, fraternities and sororities unite to participate in community service and philanthropic activities that include: highway clean-ups, hazing awareness and increasing self-esteem and promoting a healthy body image. NPHC also participates in leadership programs, informational sessions and socials to both support communication among chapters and raise money for local and national philanthropies.

Panhellenic Council (PHC) When you join one of the Panhellenic Council (PHC) sororities, you not only become a member of that particular chapter, but you also become a member of the Panhellenic community. The Panhellenic Council governs National Panhellenic chapters and affiliate chapter membership on campus.
